If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to Zivany® Skincare within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.

Guide to Returning Products

1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Zivany® Skincare.

2. Email with your order number, reason for return and information on each product you are wanting to return.
