Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Standard, parcel and free shipping is delivered through a standard courier service, meaning it will take longer to get to you than Express.
Express is the fastest delivery option available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note: When you order products from Zivany® Skincare for delivery outside Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the products reach their destination. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Zivany® Skincare has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please also be aware that when you order products from Zivany® Skincare for delivery outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them. Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Zivany® Skincare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Zivany® Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
